We Want to See Our Customers Face-to-Face and Not Through a Screen
Maria Bueno, Creaform’s Mexico sales manager, is looking forward to meeting her customers and users in Mexico in January 2022 at FITMA.
The expectation that many industry suppliers have is to be able to have the opportunity to see technology and machinery users again at an industrial event. "We have a great expectation. In all this time we have always been in contact with our customers, innovating so as not to lose that important link. But, of course, being able to do it in person is enriching for both parties, says Maria Bueno, Creaform’s sales manager in Mexico.
“We’ve had two big launches. One was a few months before Covid with the new generation of the HandySCAN 3D and the Go!SCAN 3D. These are portable and accurate devices, designed to work in any factory environment. They are ideal for reverse engineering inspection and have been very well received by our customers. But we really only had the opportunity to present them at one show, then Covid came along and stopped everything,” explains Maria Bueno.
During the pandemic, Creaform made another launch: the new generation of the MetraSCAN 3D, equipment designed for parts larger than four meters, or when high volumes of parts need to be scanned on a daily basis. This range is composed of the MetraSCAN BLACK|Elite, which is a portable device. Then there is the MetraSCAN 3D-R, designed to be mounted on a robot and make integrations tailored to the user’s needs. Creaform also launched theCube-R, an automated cell for quality control.
“In Mexico, we have customers in the aerospace, aeronautical and automotive industries, in addition to all oil & gas companies, where inspection solutions are required. In fact, we want to make the presentations of all these new products in face-to-face events, as is the case of FITMA, which will be held in Mexico City from January 18 to 20, 2022. We will be very happy to welcome the audience to demonstrate our products and talk about their applications,” says Maria Bueno.
